Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and preparing produce for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from farm supervisors and crew leaders.
- Work in various weather conditions including heat, rain, and cold.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and general upkeep of the fields.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to apply for H2A Visa sponsorship if required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic English language skills for safety communication.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
