Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and courteous support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the location in Honolulu.
