Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, including tractors and harvesters, safely.
- Inspect crops for quality, diseases, and pests, and report issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload harvested produce onto trucks for transport to storage facilities.
- Maintain farm cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and irrigation system upkeep.
- Work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (US work authorization).
- No prior farming experience required; we value a strong work ethic over experience.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in extreme heat, cold, or rain.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills are required for safety and coordination.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
