We are seeking a Night Shift Technical Recruiter & SEO Specialist to join our elite team in San Francisco. In this direct-hire role, you will manage our end-to-end recruitment process during off-hours, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while optimizing our job postings for maximum visibility.
As part of our 24/7 operational model, you will leverage your SEO expertise to drive organic traffic to our career page, identify top-tier engineering and product talent, and build a pipeline of world-class candidates.
Responsibilities
- SEO-Driven Sourcing: Optimize job descriptions and listings for search engines to improve organic reach and candidate acquisition.
- Night Shift Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews for high-volume incoming applications.
- Talent Mapping: Identify and engage passive candidates in niche technical markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical interviews with the morning and afternoon recruiting teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track key hiring metrics (KPIs) to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent our company culture and employer brand through professional communication with candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software or IT sector.
- SEO Skills: Demonstrated ability to write SEO-friendly job descriptions and optimize job board postings.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PST).
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
