Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean searches.
- Conducting effective phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline building to extending offers and closing candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Building a strong talent pool of passive candidates for future roles.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Sourcing (Experience in Night Shift is a plus).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong knowledge of technical stacks (React, Python, Java, AWS, etc.) or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting during evening hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
