Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent for our global clients, with a specific focus on US markets including El Paso, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work outside of standard hours, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical roles while supporting our 24/7 operations.
As a Technical Recruiter on the night shift, you will bridge the gap between UK operations and US time zones, ensuring a seamless hiring process for our engineering and IT departments.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates for roles in software development, engineering, and IT support.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms to build talent pipelines for US-based clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conducting technical screening calls and assessments during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 22:00 - 06:00).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- High level of autonomy and time management skills.
