Responsibilities
- Manage 15-person night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee production line operations, maintaining quality standards and efficiency targets
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety inspections
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply chain discrepancies
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus
