Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend production teams to meet daily output targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and quality standards
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare production reports
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with production management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
