- Oversee weekend production lines and coordinate 15+ team members
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency

- Train and mentor weekend shift staff on safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Generate production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years in manufacturing supervision or team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Strong problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional overtime
