Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production lines, targeting 15%+ efficiency gains
- Collaborate with R&D to develop new product integration strategies and production workflows
- Manage cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and supply chain specialists
- Analyze production data using IoT sensors and digital twin technology to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and automotive industry safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and PLM systems (e.g., Siemens NX, Teamcenter)
- Expertise in automation, robotics integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC)
