Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Assemble and inspect components using precision tools and automated assembly equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Perform in-process inspections to ensure all parts meet strict quality standards before moving to the next stage.
- Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime during shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily production logs and quality reports using manufacturing software.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some holidays as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Basic reading comprehension of technical blueprints and schematics; basic computer proficiency.
