Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and operational requests during evening hours.
- Execute daily data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and handovers.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Document all procedures, issues, and resolutions in the central database.
- Assist in training new night shift personnel as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
