Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming tickets and inquiries during night shifts.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on completed work.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
