Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and soft skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for open roles.
- Assist with the full lifecycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Update and maintain candidate relationship management (CRM) databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent research and internet navigation skills.
- A proactive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
