Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop creative sourcing strategies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (internships included).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
