Responsibilities
- Assist department managers in daily operations and strategic planning to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in structured shadowing programs to learn local business practices and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tourists and local residents, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Conduct market research and assist in the development of promotional materials and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Must be eligible for a J1 Visa (Trainee) sponsorship through our program.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Intermediate level or higher).
- Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining after the program start date.
- Strong interest in learning about US business culture and the local hospitality industry.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
