Responsibilities

- Complete monthly professional development modules and cultural integration activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of training progress and achievements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year relevant internship/work experience
- Fluent English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizen)
- Strong communication and cross-cultural adaptability skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
