Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain company-issued hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, networks, and cloud services
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Train staff on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support/helpdesk environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
