Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ employees
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Develop automation scripts for routine IT operations
- Lead system migration projects and disaster recovery initiatives
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- Strong network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be eligible for H-1B, TN, or other visa sponsorship
