Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Training & Mentorship: Participate in structured technical training sessions, workshops, and pair programming exercises to rapidly upskill.
- System Testing: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to code reviews to ensure code quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Apply logical thinking to solve complex technical challenges and improve existing system architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for effective team communication.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska.
- Passion: Strong desire to learn, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Visa Status: Eligibility to work in the US or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processing (H-1B, O-1, or other work visa programs).
