Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and user inquiries
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud migration projects and optimize AWS/Azure environments
- Document IT processes, policies, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure management experience
- Active security certification (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
