Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud networks and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for software, hardware, and system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable IT solutions
- Conduct system audits, performance optimization, and cybersecurity vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and create training materials for end-users
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technology procurement
- Lead digital transformation projects with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), or cybersecurity

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and network protocols
