As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-scale web applications that drive our business forward. If you are passionate about clean code, user experience, and solving complex technical challenges, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js preferred) and backend technologies.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
