Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex IT issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and network stability.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
