Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java and Python
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints to deliver enterprise-level solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with global product teams to implement feature roadmaps
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD best practices
- Participate in architectural planning for next-gen microservices
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with international teams and remote collaboration tools
- Valid work authorization or willingness to relocate with sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
