Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization

- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical documentation abilities
