Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network architecture
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex software and hardware issues
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives and compliance protocols
- Lead system migration projects while minimizing downtime and data risks
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
