Responsibilities
- Participate in our structured 6-month technical training program to master system administration and coding fundamentals.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and local networks.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure data integrity and system security compliance.
- Document technical processes, create user guides, and maintain accurate system logs.
- Engage in daily code reviews and agile sprint planning sessions to contribute to software development.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network issues under senior guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- Basic understanding of programming logic and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites when necessary.
