Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard international professionals for US-based roles
- Manage visa sponsorship processes (H1B, L1, O1) with legal partners
- Develop cross-cultural training programs for global teams
- Coordinate relocation logistics including housing and cultural orientation
- Analyze global talent market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Partner with department heads to define international hiring needs
- Maintain compliance with immigration regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in international recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience with US visa processes and immigration compliance
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Strong cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel domestically
- SEVIS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
