- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency work.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and IT roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
