Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and build long-term relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of closing candidates.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Urgency: Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
