Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT infrastructure positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen candidates, conduct technical interviews, and assess cultural fit with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with leadership to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track key recruitment metrics to ensure timely and efficient hiring goals are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a deadline.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
