Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and UI/UX specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile stand-ups.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js and Node.js or similar backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
