Responsibilities
- Execute Hiring Events: Plan, coordinate, and manage high-impact recruitment events to attract top candidates in the Minneapolis area.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for technical and specialized roles.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates using proactive sourcing strategies.

Qualifications
