Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and culture fit.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
