Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral attributes.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and coordinate the offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and optimize strategies to improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical stack knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
