Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Conduct high-volume sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at on-site hiring events and job fairs, effectively building brand awareness.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize hiring performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions within aggressive timeframes.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy event setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
