Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery.
- Crop Management: Perform planting, weeding, and general crop maintenance tasks.
- Harvesting: Efficiently harvest crops, ensuring minimal damage and optimal quality.
- Packing & Processing: Inspect, grade, and pack products according to industry standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in farming, agriculture, or a related field.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid unendorsed driver’s license required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work standards.
