Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with crop monitoring, pest control, and irrigation management
- Participate in packaging and sorting of agricultural products
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment cleanliness
- Follow H2A program regulations and employer guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program (U.S. employer-sponsored)
- Minimum 2 years prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Omaha, NE
