Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, peppers, melons)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation needs
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and H-2A program guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H-2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in extreme heat
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 45-50 hours/week
- Pass background check and drug screening
