Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Monitor crop health and implement pest/disease control measures
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Perform field maintenance including weeding and irrigation management
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program (or possess valid work authorization)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of farm equipment operation (training provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required
