Responsibilities
- Harvest and process tobacco, corn, and soybeans using industry-standard equipment
- Operate tractors, combines, and irrigation systems safely
- Perform field maintenance including planting, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate crop yield and quality records
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year documented agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
