Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery, tractors, and equipment safely according to guidelines.
- Load and unload produce using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet production targets.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or currently hold valid work authorization.
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work outdoors in varying weather.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
