Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides per EPA guidelines
- Maintain field cleanliness and irrigation systems
- Sort, pack, and grade agricultural products
- Adhere to all OSHA and farm safety protocols
- Participate in seasonal planting and cultivation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior farm/field experience
- Valid passport and H2A visa eligibility
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly
- Clean background check and drug test required
