Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, harvesting, weeding, and pruning various crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect harvested produce for quality and sort items for packaging and transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all agricultural guidelines, safety protocols, and supervisor instructions.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat and rain.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to obtain an H2A visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods on your feet.
- Physically fit to perform strenuous outdoor labor tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills to follow instructions.
