Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting, sorting, and packing of agricultural products.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Follow crop management schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Lift, carry, and move heavy materials and products as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and work schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic English communication skills for safety and operational instructions.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
