Responsibilities
- Harvest Operations: Participate in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal fruits and vegetables with precision and care.
- Crop Maintenance: Perform essential field duties such as weeding, thinning, and pruning to ensure optimal crop health and yield.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain basic agricultural machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and farm safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect harvested goods for maturity and quality, sorting accordingly to meet industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or possess a valid work visa for the United States.
- No Experience Needed: Prior agricultural experience is not required; we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods, in various weather conditions.
