Responsibilities
- Harvest premium crops including strawberries, lettuce, and citrus
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with on-the-job training
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards

- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program requirements
- Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume periods
Qualifications
