Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, berries)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) after training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance and facility upkeep
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending)
