Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Sort, grade, and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair
- Participate in team-based farming activities
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
